These terms cover your use of the ForumFlair website, Academy, tools and free Query Map. Paid plans are covered by a separate Plan Order and service terms, which you'll see before you sign up.
The Query Map is an estimate
Query Map summaries are estimates built from public Google data and third-party search volume data. Volumes are rounded, and brand presence is estimated from thread titles and snippets. Search results change often. The map is information, not a promise of any result.
What we don't promise
We don't promise rankings, traffic, sales or citations in AI tools. Our guarantees for paid plans are set out in full in the service terms.
Fair use of the tools
Please don't use automated means to run the Query Map, submit someone else's email, or try to get around our limits. We may block requests that look like abuse.
Academy and free tools
Our courses and tools are for general education. They aren't legal advice. Check product claims and disclosure rules with your own counsel.
