What we collect
When you use the Query Map tool, we collect:
- The website address you enter
- Your email address, and your first name if you give it
- The consent text you agreed to, and when you agreed
- Your IP address, which we use to limit abuse
When you book a call, our scheduling provider collects the details you enter there. Our site also uses privacy-friendly analytics to count visits.
How we use it
- To build your Query Map and prepare for your call
- To email you your map and follow up about it
- To stop abuse of the tool, such as automated or repeated requests
We never sell your email or personal information. You can unsubscribe from our emails at any time with the link in every email.
Public data we use
Query Maps are built from public information: Google search results, public Reddit threads, and search volume data from third-party data providers. We read the public pages of the website you enter to work out your product category.
Who we share it with
We share information only with the service providers that help us run the tool and our business, such as hosting, scheduling, email, search data and AI providers. They may use it only to provide their service to us.
How long we keep it
We keep lead information for as long as it's useful for following up, then delete it. Ask us at any time to delete your information.
